Don does the work himself, with a small crew on bigger jobs. He’s the one you talk to from the estimate to the final walkthrough — no salesman, no call center.

It depends on the scope. Most bathroom remodels take about 2–4 weeks. Painting and drywall jobs are usually much shorter, and your quote will say how long we expect your job to take.

It’s written on your quote before any work starts, and it depends on the size of the job:

• Under $2,500: half when you accept the quote, half when the job is done.
• $2,500 to $10,000: three equal payments: at the start, at the midpoint and at completion.
• Over $10,000: a deposit for materials, then payments as each stage of the work is finished.

Quotes are good for 30 days.

Sherwin-Williams and similar premium paints. On exteriors we typically use Sherwin-Williams Duration Exterior, matched to your existing sheen. Cheap paint looks fine on day one but fades and chips much faster, especially on Ohio exteriors.

Yes, every time. Standard prep is included in every job: moving and covering furniture, protecting floors, filling holes, sanding, caulking and priming where it’s needed. Paint is only as good as what’s underneath it. Here’s how we prep walls.

Yes. Trim and doors, light fixtures, TV mounts, drywall patches and the odd jobs on your list. If something is outside what we do, we’ll tell you.
